About Alicia

Hello friends! My name is Alicia Mosley (she/her/hers) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) here to help you love your whole self. Do you find yourself acting in ways that don’t align with your goals and values? Do you have parts of yourself that you can’t stand but haven’t figured out how to change? Are you ready to make the changes necessary to love all parts of yourself? If this is you, I can help.

I believe that at the heart of most struggles lies a deep need for self-love and acceptance. You can’t shame yourself into change, you can only love yourself into evolution. You deserve to understand all parts of yourself and become more aligned with what you really want.

I am an IFS informed therapist and I want to offer you a safe and compassionate space where you can feel validated and understood. I have extensive experience working with people who struggle with eating disorders, trauma, faith transitions as well as anxiety and depression. In terms of my approach, I am unapologetically body positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I use lots of different tools, but my favorites include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Human-Centered Therapy. I often use self-disclosure as a therapeutic tool and means of building helping relationships with my clients.

When I’m not at work, you can find me either curled up with a book snuggling with my two pups, Bennie and Jet or with my husband hiking, biking or raving. One of my goals is to visit every national park in the US and despite being lactose-intolerant, my favorite food is ice cream.
